Library Gets the Green Light

Stow’s Green Community Status is paying off in big ways, according to Arnie Epstein of Stow’s Energy Working Group. That group just spearheaded efforts to change out all of the overhead lighting in the Randall Library and “we didn’t spend any town funds,” he said…
