Nashoba Reveals Budget Priorities  -by Ann Needle
Nashoba administration unveiled the budget priorities for the 2012/213 year at Thursday’s School Committee meeting. In highlights from a busy agenda, the Committee also received the definitive word on when the new Center School wing will be ready, and Nashoba Regional High School Interim Principal Ralph Olsen offered his insights on the school’s direction.

There are times that those travel photos on the back page of the Independent cannot tell the full story without 1,000 words. Such was the case when former Stow resident Lauryn Wachs appeared with the paper, and a celebrity named Cloud.
Boosting Chieftains Spirit

    Nashoba basketball is holding a “white-out” doubleheader against neighbor and rival, Clinton on December 16th. All fans wearing a Nashoba whiteout shirt ($10) get into the game for free. Shirts are available at Nashoba’s school store during the week or at the game that evening. The girls’ basketball team tips off against the Gaels at 5:30 pm and the boys’ begin at 7:00 pm.
