Will Hurley Remembered - by Ann Needle
The story is all too familiar, but never any less tragic. He passed away Friday evening from extensive injuries suffered in the accident.

Varsity Tennis Steadily Gains Ground by Ellen Oliver
The boys’ varsity tennis team has a 6-2 record and even those two losses were close, competitive games. “Last year in 14 of 17 matches we won or lost 3-2,” said Coach Brenda Mason. This year, the Chieftains are more definitive on the courts with four 4-1 victories and even a 5-0 shut out of Gardner.
