Nashoba Spotlights Elementary MCAS -by Ann Needle  
The School Committee continued last Thursday to look more closely at MCAS scores across the Nashoba district, focusing on performance levels at the elementary schools. In a relatively brief meeting, where Superintendent Michael Wood was absent, the Committee also was updated on the budget process for next school year.

 What will Stow be like fifty years from now?  There may not yet be answers to that question, but the Stow Historical Society is making sure people of the future know just what it’s like to live in Stow in the year 2011.

NGS Earns District Title; Falls in State Semis

   The Nashoba Girls Soccer team shut out the Shrewsbury Colonials 3-0 on Sunday to take the Division 1 championship, but fell 2-1 to East Longmeadow in the semifinals of the state championships  Tuesday night.
