Monday November 25, 2013
7:15am ASSIST CITIZEN
A caller from Harvard Road reported that her backyard gate was knocked over the night before. The Police responded.  It was confirmed that the gate was knocked over by the strong winds.  All was OK.

4:19pm ASSIST CITIZEN
A caller from Hudson Road reported that someone hit his garage.  The Police responded to check the area.

6:42pm FIRE
A caller from Old Bolton Road reported that there was a brush fire in his backyard.  The Police and Fire Department responded.  A small brush fire was safely extinguished.

Tuesday November 26, 2013
9:59am ROAD SAFETY COMPLAINT
A caller on White Pond Road reported that a car was travelling at a high rate of speed.  The Police responded to check the area.

10:02am ACCIDENT
A caller on White Pond Road reported that the speeding car from the previous entry had crashed.  The car caught on fire.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.

5:51pm ACCIDENT
Multiple callers on State Road reported a car accident with medical injuries.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  Two different ambulances transported two individuals to area hospitals.

8:06pm ROAD SAFETY COMPLAINT
A caller on Treaty Elm Lane reported a possible car accident.  There was glass and parts on the road.  A car was not found.  The Police responded.  The debris was from a smashed TV set.  The Highway Department was notified.

Wednesday November 27, 2013
9:41am FIRE
A caller on Boxboro Road reported a tree down on the wires, which caused a fire.  The Police and Fire Department responded.  The Highway Department and Hudson Light and Power were notified.  Boxboro Road was diverted to Packard Road due to the live wire.

9:56am  COMPLAINT
A caller from Stow Aviation Services on Boxboro Road reported that there was a power outage.  An officer advised the caller of the situation which happened moments before.

10:21am ROAD SAFETY COMPLAINT
A caller on Harvard Road reported a tree branch down around the wires.  Hudson Light and Power was notified and responded.

6:14pm ROAD SAFETY COMPLAINT
A caller on Great Road reported an erratic driver swerving back and forth.  The Police responded.  The driver was stopped and advised.  All was OK.

Thursday November 28, 2013
10:04am DISTURBANCE
A caller at the Wildlife Refuge reported that she was being harassed by a man who let his Boxer dog into her parked car.  The Police responded.  Both parties were spoken to.  All was OK.

5:43pm ARREST
Paul Aldrich, 25, from Maynard, was arrested for speeding and driving with a suspended license.

5:55pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Hudson Road requested an ambulance for a man who had a possible heart attack. The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the man to the hospital.

7:13pm ANIMAL
A caller from Adams Road reported that her neighbor’s dogs had been barking for 20 minutes.  The Police responded.  The homeowner was advised and the dogs were taken inside.

Friday November 29, 2013
12:12am MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller requested medical assistance for a man with a severe nose bleed.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  After a thorough evaluation, the man refused further medical attention.

7:25am MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Gates Lane requested an ambulance for a man who fell and had hip pain.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the man to the hospital.

3:06pm     ASSIST CITIZEN
A caller reported that he was involved in a car accident earlier in the day.  There was minor damage to the car, however the driver of the other car complained of neck pain.  Information was exchanged and both parties went on their way. The caller wanted the information logged.

4:04pm     MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller at the Apple Country Animal Hospital requested an ambulance for a woman who fell in the parking lot and possibly dislocated her shoulder.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the woman to the hospital.

5:03pm ARREST
Aidan Latimer, 23, from Stow, was arrested on a warrant.

Saturday November 30, 2013
12:35pm ARREST
Samuel Chaney, 55, from Wallingford, CT, was arrested for speeding and driving with a suspended license.

4:01pm ROAD SAFETY COMPLAINT
An officer observed a cracked manhole cover on Great Road.  The Highway Department was notified and responded.

6:05pm ACCIDENT
A caller on Pompositticut Street reported a car accident with unknown injuries.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  Two individuals were found trapped in the car. One was unconscious with an obvious head injury.  The other was semi-conscious.  Another ambulance was requested.  The Maynard Police assisted with blocking the road.  Lifeflight was requested and landed at Bradley Lane.  One individual was flight lifted to the hospital; the other was transported via ambulance to another hospital.  The State Police were requested for an accident reconstruction.

Sunday December 1, 2013
2:05am SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller from Center Place reported that she saw lights on in a home she believed should be vacant.  The Police responded to check the area.  The home was vacant and secure.

7:30am ACCIDENT
A caller on Boxboro Road reported that her car slid off the road into a tree.  There was heavy car damage but no injuries.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.

7:59am ASSIST CITIZEN
A caller at the Plantation Apartments reported that the sidewalks and parking lot were slippery but he could not reach the property manager. The Police contacted someone to assist.
