Monday January 6, 2014
8:48am MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Meeting House Lane requested an ambulance because he and another individual fell on the ice.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  After a thorough evaluation, both individuals refused further medical care.

9:44am DISABLED
The Highway Department reported a trash truck off the road.  The Police responded.  A portion of 117 was closed until salting was complete.

12:40pm ARREST
Carlos Garcia, 23, from Marlborough, was arrested for driving with a suspended license and for not having an inspection sticker.

Tuesday January 7, 2014
10:55am ANIMAL
A caller from Adams Road reported that a neighbor’s dogs had been outside barking for over 20 minutes.  The Animal Control Officer was notified.

12:24pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller from Sandy Brook Drive reported that a man got out of his car and walked around the side of her home.  The Police responded.  The man was gone upon arrival.  The car plates were registered to a known solicitor.  All was OK.

4:45pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller from Peabody Drive reported that a man was soliciting for roof jobs.  The Police responded.  The party was spoken to and advised.

5:03pm ANIMAL
A caller from Great Road reported that her dog got off its leash.  She heard him barking near Center School.  The Police responded to assist with locating the dog.  A short time later, the dog was found and returned home.

8:26pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
Two callers at Shaw’s reported that a young woman with a child was asking for money.  One caller offered the woman a ride but she refused.  She and the child entered a blue SUV, driven by a man, and left.  The Police responded.  The registration numbers were checked.  No matches were found.

Wednesday January 8, 2014
1:57pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Warren Road requested an ambulance for a woman who had chest pains.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the woman to the hospital.

1:14pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller from Taylor Road reported that someone came to her door last night and asked for a person who did not live there.  Then, in the morning, the caller saw the same man, in a truck, parked near her home.  The Police responded. The truck was gone upon arrival.

3:13pm    ASSIST CITIZEN
A caller reported that she was a victim of a scam during the spring of 2013.  She lost a lot of money.  An officer advised the woman.

Thursday January 9, 2014
10:00am ANIMAL
A caller from Adams Road reported that her neighbor’s dogs were outside barking for over 20 minutes.  The Police responded.  The dogs were taken inside.

11:07am ASSIST CITIZEN
A caller from Great Road reported that she had been receiving harassing phone calls from a restoration company.  An officer advised the caller.

5:43pm ASSIST CITIZEN
A caller from Maple Street reported that a white car was parked at the top of her driveway.  She did not know who it was.  The Police responded.  The car belonged to a neighbor’s friend.  All was OK.

Friday January 10, 2014
7:22am MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Lantern Lane requested an ambulance for a man who fell and kept passing out.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the man to the hospital.

10:02pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller on Hudson Road reported that an individual was walking along the road with an unsteady gait.  The Police responded.  No one was located.

11:11pm WELL BEING CHECK
A caller requested that someone check in on her relative.  The Police responded to the location.  A woman was located.  She had slipped out of her bed, but was not injured.  The woman was assisted.  All was OK.

Saturday January 11, 2014
5:47am ACCIDENT
A caller on Bradley Lane reported that his car slid off the road and hit his neighbor’s fence.  The Police responded.  A report was filed.

8:04am FOUND
An employee at Russell’s Convenient Store reported that a credit card was found.  A message was left for the owner.

8:27amSUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY/ARREST
A caller from West Acton Road reported that someone, who appeared nervous and intoxicated, asked her for help.  His car had broken down at the end of the caller’s driveway.  The Police responded.   Edwin Rivera, 33, from Acton, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and for leaving the scene of property damage.

9:48am MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Meeting House Lane requested an ambulance for his neighbor who had a possible stroke.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the man to the hospital.

12:26pm ASSIST CITIZEN
A representative from the Boy Scouts reported that they would be camping in the town forest.  All the vehicle and contact information was taken and logged.

1:44pm ROAD SAFETY COMPLAINT
A caller on Great Road reported that a white car cut him off.  As he continued into Maynard, another car pulled up next to him and threatened to call the Police.  The information was logged.

1:56pm ANIMAL
A caller on Kingland Road reported that two dogs were chasing her.  The Animal Control Officer was notified.

Sunday January 12, 2014
1:52am ARREST
William DaSilva, 29, from Concord, was arrested for driving without a license.

7:37am ARREST
Geraldo Fihlo, 34, from Maynard, was arrested for driving with a revoked license and for driving under the influence of alcohol.

1:17pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller from Whitney Road reported that someone came to her backdoor and said he was there for a paint job.  The caller did not hire anyone. The Police responded to check the area. No one was found.

3:26pm ACCIDENT
The Hudson Police Department reported that a car hit a stone wall on Gleasondale Road in Stow.  The Police responded.  A tow truck was notified.  There were no injuries.

4:47pm FIRE
A caller at Delaney Project reported that something was on fire near the edge of the flooded area.  The Police and Fire Department responded.  A small fire was located and safety extinguished.
