Public Safety Report… March 26, 2014

Monday March 17, 2014
11:58am COMPLAINT
A caller from Pompositticut Street reported that someone was removing trees from a recently sold property next door.  The Conservation Commission was contacted.

2:12pm COMPLAINT
A caller reported that she had a verbal argument with a man, who side swiped her car in the parking lot of the Post Office, and then left the area.  The Police responded.  The Hudson Police were notified to contact the man involved.  The man was located and advised.

4:31pm ANIMAL
A caller at Crow Island reported that a dog was running around the area.  The caller got control of the dog and attempted to contact its owner.

8:28pm    ARREST
Declan Sherman, 19, from Marlborough, was arrested for possession of alcohol under the age of 21.

Tuesday March 18, 2014
8:38am MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Boon Road requested an ambulance for a man who was unresponsive.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  The ambulance transported the man to the hospital.

9:58m COMPLAINT
A man reported that the Hudson Light and Power tree crew accidently cut down a tree on his property.  The information was logged.

Wednesday March 19, 2014
1:37pm ANIMAL
A walk-in reported that she was bitten by a dog earlier in the day.  The Animal Control Officer was notified.  The incident was logged.

1:44pm ROAD SAFETY COMPLAINT
A caller from North Shore Drive reported that a driver, who fell out of his car and stumbled into his home, appeared to be intoxicated.  The caller was advised.  The man’s information was logged.

Thursday March 20, 2014
8:29am ROAD SAFETY COMPLAINT
A caller on Hudson Road reported that a tree crew and the man directing traffic were not paying attention and almost caused an accident.  The Police responded.  The traffic director from the Stow Highway Department was advised.

1:39pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Warren Road requested an ambulance because of chest pain and difficulty breathing.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  The ambulance transported the individual to the hospital.

2:21pm    LARCENY
A caller from the new construction site on Warren Road reported that two furnaces were stolen.  The Police responded.

3:34pm    ROAD SAFETY COMPLAINT
A caller on Great Road reported that a driver passed her and then put the brakes on quickly.  The caller backed off but wanted the information logged.  An officer assisted the woman.

Friday March 21, 2014
6:08am MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from White Pond Road requested an ambulance for a woman who had a panic attack and threatened to harm herself.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  The ambulance transported the woman to the hospital.

12:26pm ASSIST CITIZEN
A walk-in reported that her car rubbed the bumper of another car parked next to her.  When she tried to speak with the owner, he became angry.  The woman was afraid so she left and went to the station.  The information was logged.  The woman was advised.

Saturday March 22, 2014
7:56am    ANIMAL
A caller from Partridge Lane reported that a large bird flew head first into the snow.  It was still breathing.  The Animal Control Officer was notified.

2:00pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Kingland Road requested an ambulance for a woman who was not feeling well.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  The ambulance transported the woman to the hospital.

2:18pm COMPLAINT
A walk-in requested to speak with an officer regarding a no trespassing order.  An officer advised the individual.

7:11pm    COMPLAINT
The Highway Department reported that a mattress was dumped on South Acton Road.  The mattress was removed.

8:07pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller on Old Bolton Road reported that two 15 year olds were yelling at cars.  The Police responded.  No one was located.

9:08pm ARREST
Julio Soares, 21, from Hudson, was arrested for driving with a suspended license and for texting while driving.

Sunday March 23, 2014
10:53am MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Hudson Road requested an ambulance because he had chest pain.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  The ambulance transported the man to the hospital.

7:15pm LARCENY
A caller from Global Fitness reported that his wallet and keys were stolen.  The Police responded.

8:14pm    LARCENY
A caller from Global Fitness reported that his wallet was stolen from his car while he was inside.  The Police responded.
