Monday May 4, 2015
5:30pm COMPLAINT
A caller from Pine Point Road reported that construction workers were still working on a project across the street.  She felt that this was after the allowed time frame.  The Police responded.

7:48pm COMPLAINT
A caller from Davis Road complained about loud music at the house across the lake.  The Police responded.  Nothing was heard.

8:05pm COMPLAINT
A caller from Davis Road reported that once the Police left the area (previous call), the loud music began again.  The Police responded.  Still, nothing was heard.

8:25pm WELL BEING CHECK
A caller requested a well being check on one of his tenants on Gleasondale Road.  The tenant shut off the hot water and removed the cable, without permission.  He appeared to be upset when the caller spoke with him. The Police responded.

10:50pm COMPLAINT
A caller from Maguire Lane reported that she believed a neighbor was dealing drugs from his car.  There had been a lot of traffic lately.  The cars would park; the individual would get it and presumably make a deal, then go back inside.  The Police responded.

4:14pm LOST
A caller reported that she lost her red wallet.  She last had it at Shaw’s.  The information was logged.
11:26pm ASSIST CITIZEN
A walk-in reported that he was being harassed by an ex.  An officer advised the individual.

Wednesday May 6, 2015
8:19am ASSIST CITIZEN
A walk-in arrived to pick up an envelope left for him by an officer.  The party became upset when he looked at the information.  The man was advised to discuss the situation calmly or to leave.  The man chose to leave.

8:31am ANIMAL
A caller from Gleasondale Road reported that a possible rabid raccoon was in the road.  The Animal Control Officer was notified and responded.

10:05am ASSIST CITIZEN
A caller from Gleasondale Road requested assistance at the location of one of his tenants to discuss an ongoing issue.  The Police responded.  There were no issues at the time.

11:07am COMPLAINT
A caller from White Pond Road reported that her neighbor had been spewing profanities for a long time.  The Police responded.

12:08pm ANIMAL
A caller on West Acton Road reported that a dog attacked a deer, which caused the deer to run and it got stuck at the edge of the pond.  The Animal Control Officer responded.

2:36pm ANIMAL
A caller on Harvard Road reported that a large black Labrador, without a collar, was running around the area.  The Animal Control Officer was notified. The dog was located.  It seemed dehydrated and lethargic.  The dog was not secured.

3:11pm ANIMAL
A caller on Harvard Road reported that he was able to secure the black Labrador from the earlier call.  The Police responded.  The dog was “taken into custody.”

3:48pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller from Red Acre Road reported that a man was walking in the woods behind his house.  The Police responded.

5:51pm WELL BEING CHECK
An officer observed an unconscious man in his car, parked in front of the Red Ginger restaurant.  The Fire/Rescue department responded.  Peter Mangolds, 27, from Stow, was taken into protective custody and then transported to the hospital.

10:34pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
The Maynard Police reported a possibly intoxicated woman walking toward Stow.  The Stow Police responded.  The woman was located.  She was having a domestic verbal argument only.  Both individuals were advised.

Thursday May 7, 2015
6:23am COMPLAINT
A caller from Russell’s Convenience Store reported that a man repeatedly came into the store inquiring about his ex.  The Police responded.  A verbal no trespassing order was issued.

8:34am MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Sawmill Road reported that a man had fainted.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the man to the hospital.

4:35pm WELL BEING CHECK
The Bolton Police reported that a call came in regarding a car headed toward Stow.  The report claimed that the driver was hitting the passenger.  The Stow Police responded to check the area. No one was located.

8:39pm ASSIST CITIZEN
A walk-in reported that she was involved in an accident in the Stow Plaza parking lot.  Information was exchanged.  An officer advised the woman.  An accident report was filed.

Friday May 8, 2015
9:15am ASSIST CITIZEN
A walk-in requested to speak with an officer regarding retrieving his chain saw from his previous residence.  The current owner would not give back the saw.  An officer advised the man.

1:46pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller at the boat ramp on Sudbury Road reported that a septic truck appeared to dumping into the lake.  The Police responded.  The truck was a hydro seeding truck which was collecting water for a work site.  The Conservation Commission and Lake Boon Commission were notified.

1:54pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller from Hudson Road reported that a van pulled into his yard, left the keys inside, and then walked toward 117.  The Police responded.  The van belonged to an electrician.  All was OK.

7:15pm ARREST
Jose Carlos Belz, 54, from Hudson, was arrested for driving with a revoked license.

8:01pm ROAD SAFETY COMPLAINT
A walk-in reported that a large plank was seen near the Bolton line. The Police responded to check the area.  The plank was located and removed.

Saturday May 9, 2015
10:16am COMPLAINT
Stow Brook Gulf requested that a man, who kept spilling coffee and asking customers for money, be escorted out of the store.  The Police responded.  The man was taken back to his home.

8:17pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Meeting House Lane requested an ambulance for a man who fell and had hip pain.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  The man was transported to the hospital.

Sunday May 10, 2015
11:50am SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller from Hudson Road reported that when his family returned home, they heard footsteps upstairs.  No one should have been home.  The Police responded.  The family waited outside.  The home was checked and secure.

8:06pm ANIMAL
A caller from Taylor Road reported that a raccoon had been in her tree all day.  She was unsure if it was sick or injured.  The Animal Control Officer was notified.

8:35pm COMPLAINT
A caller from Davis Road reported that loud music was being played at a neighbor’s home.  The Police responded.

9:18pm ASSIST OTHER AGENCY
The Boxboro Police requested assistance with looking for a missing female.  The Stow Police responded to check the area.  The juvenile girl was located and taken home.  All was OK.
