Kathy and Hank Tarbi recently traveled to Croatia and are seen here posing by a statue of James Joyce in Pula, Croatia. Joyce was in search of work and had been promised employment elsewhere. Ultimately he ended up in Pula where finally, the Berlitz school had an opening for teaching English. I'm sure Joyce would be very pleased with the Stow Independent.
