Monday April 8, 2013
11:47am MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Packard Road reported that a man was walking along the road.  He looked confused.  The Police responded.  The man’s son was contacted.  No further medical care was needed.

4:47pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Great Road requested an ambulance for a woman who had a possible stroke.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the woman to the hospital.

11:20am FIRE
A caller from Taylor Road reported that smoke and ashes were around her home.  The Police and Fire Department responded.  A controlled permitted fire was located at a neighbor’s home.  All was OK.

3:08pm COMPLAINT
A caller on Cardinal Court reported that a C&W bus passed a Nashoba bus with its lights on.  The Police contacted the C&W Bus Company.  They will follow-up with the driver.

6:47pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller on Hudson Road requested an ambulance for a man who was electrocuted.  He fell 30 feet and suffered 3rd degree burns. The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.    Life flight was contacted for transportation.  Hudson Light and Power and the building/wiring inspectors were requested at the scene.  A short time later, Life flight landed at the Lions Field on Great Road.  The man was transported to the hospital.

8:07am SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller from Meeting House Lane reported that a suspicious man was walking around the neighborhood.  The Police responded.  The man was located.  He was visiting his girlfriend, who lived in the area.  All was OK.

10:25am MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Boxboro Road requested an ambulance because she was having difficulty breathing.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the woman to the hospital.

12:03am MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Walcott Street requested an ambulance for a young girl who had pain in her side and leg.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the girl to the hospital.

7:04pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from the Fire Academy requested an ambulance for a medical emergency.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the patient to the hospital.

2:14am ROAD SAFETY COMPLAINT/PROTECTIVE CUSTODY
An officer located a man walking in the middle of the street.  Christopher Hagins, 33, from Natick, was taken into protective custody.

7:19am MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Crescent Street requested an ambulance for a man who fell and had hip pain.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the man to the hospital.

11:37am MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller at the old town building requested an ambulance for a woman who fell and broke her wrist.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the woman to the hospital.

2:43pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Meeting House Lane requested an ambulance for a woman who fell and had hip pain.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the woman to the hospital.

7:17am WELL BEING CHECK
An officer checked on an individual who parked at the Pompositticut School.  The person was resting before he/she had to drive someone to the airport.

10:14amANIMAL
A caller from Wheeler Road reported that the neighbor’s dogs had been barking all morning.  The Animal Control Officer was notified.

1:06pm FIRE
A worker for an oil company reported that there was a large oil spill at a residence on Lowell Drive.  The Police and Fire Department responded.  The Department of Environmental Protection was contacted.  Approximately 100 gallons of oil had been spilled inside the home.

2:34pm ANIMAL
A caller reported that while she was walking her dog in the town forest, another dog, which was on a leash, bit the tip of her dog’s ear off.  The caller took her dog to an emergency animal care center.  The Animal Control Officer was contacted.

5:34pm ARRESTS
Robert Girouard, 21, from Watertown, was arrested for possession of a class B drug and for possession of a dangerous weapon.  Danielle Copes, 20, from Stow, was arrested for possession of a class B drug.

7:01pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller requested an ambulance to Dawes Road for a man who had difficulty breathing and then lost consciousness.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the man to the hospital.
