Monday July 22, 2013
6:55am SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller from Mitchell Road reported that a black car was parked in the area.  The occupant was walking back and forth from another car to the black one.  The Police responded.  The individual moved to the area a short time ago and was transporting items back and forth.  All was OK.

11:05am COMPLAINT
A caller from Davis Road reported that someone parked a boat and trailer on his property.  The Police responded.

12:33pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A car was parked on the sidewalk in front of the Post Office.  The Police advised the owner to move the car off the sidewalk.

1:36pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Barton Road requested an ambulance for a man who had rapid breathing and was repeating his words.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the man to the hospital.

11:17pm ANIMAL
A caller from Maple Street reported that her neighbor’s dog was outside barking.  The Police responded.  The dog was taken inside.  All was OK.

12:27pm ASSIST OTHER AGENCY
Lifeguards at the town beach closed the beach due to weather safety concerns.  A few teen girls ignored the lifeguard’s warnings and continued onto the beach.  The Police responded.  The girls were advised.

3:36pm ANIMAL
A caller from Packard Road reported a bat in her garage.  The Animal Control Officer was notified.

8:58pm ASSIST CITIZEN
A caller from Taylor Road reported that a man, who had a no trespass order against him, drove down her driveway.  The Police responded.

12:40pm COMPLAINT
A caller reported that two people walked past the lifeguard and did not listen to him/her.  The Police responded.  The individuals were spoken to and sent on their way.

12:41pm COMPLAINT
A caller from Warren Road reported that kids were skateboarding and recording some stunts.  The Police responded.  The kids were gone upon arrival.

12:51pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
The ambulance transported a patient from the Fire Department to the hospital for a medical emergency.

3:07am ANIMAL
A caller from Carriage Lane reported that a dog had been barking for a while. The Police responded.

12:37pm ROAD SAFETY COMPLAINT
A caller on Gleasondale Road reported an erratic driver.  The Police responded to check the area.  No one was located.

12:49pm ROAD SAFETY COMPLAINT
A caller from Great Road reported that her neighbor was driving erratically.  The information was logged.

4:16pm ARREST
Allan Sondey, 26, from Stow, was arrested for driving with a suspended license.
Friday July 26, 2013
7:04am FOUND
A caller from Edson Street reported that a smashed computer monitor, in a box, was on the road.  The Police responded.  The Highway Department was notified.

10:22am ANIMAL
The Highway Department reported a sick looking coyote on South Acton Road.  The Police responded.  The coyote was young and very wet from the rain.  It appeared to be ok.

2:18pm ASSIST CITIZEN
A walk-in reported that a vehicle backed into his car in a parking lot on Great Road.  The driver left the scene.  The caller had neck pain. An officer advised the individual. Further medical care was refused.

3:08pm ACCIDENT
Several callers reported an accident on Treaty Elm Lane.  A car went into a guardrail.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  After thorough evaluations, the individuals refused medical care.

7:02pm ARREST
Jose Maria Dacruz, 49, from Marlborough, was arrested for driving without a license.

8:43pm ASSIST CITIZEN
Several callers reported receiving phone calls from someone telling them that they were under investigation and they needed to pay money for it to stop.  The Police advised the callers.
Saturday July 27, 2013
4:15pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller from Circuit Drive reported that she received a suspicious phone call.  The man claimed he was a private investigator and was inquiring about the neighbors.  The Police investigated.

10:03pm ROAD SAFETY COMPLAINT
A caller from Great Road reported an erratic driver on 117.  The Police responded to check the area.
Sunday July 28, 2013
12:08am VANDALISM
A caller from Woodland Way reported that his mailbox was destroyed.  The Police responded.

5:19am ASSIST OTHER AGENCY
The Maynard Police reported that four kids ripped up flowers on Main Street in Maynard.  The Stow Police assisted with the search.  No one was located.

10:20am  ARREST
Carlos Pires, 32, from Maynard, was arrested for driving with a suspended license.

8:01pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller from Taylor Road reported that there were marijuana plants all over the property.  The Police responded to check the area.

9:54pm ROAD SAFETY COMPLAINT
A caller from Davis Road reported a wire down.  The Police responded.  A tree branch fell onto a wire.  Hudson Light and Power was notified.
