Monday August 12, 2013
7:14am COMPLAINT
A caller from Farm Road reported that two tow trucks were parked on the side of the road.  The Police responded.  The drivers were making a delivery.  All was OK.

9:55am SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller from Packard Road reported that a man, dressed in black, walked in between a field and a home.  The Police responded.  The man was not located.

3:49pm ASSIST CITIZEN
A caller from Great Road reported that someone dumped trash on his/her property. The Police responded.  About 8 yards of construction debris was removed from the property.

4:46pm ACCIDENT
The Police reported a motor vehicle accident on Great Road.  There were no known injuries.  A tow truck was contacted.  Two parties were escorted to their destinations.

5:20pm ASSIST CITIZEN
A caller from Sylvan Drive requested to speak with an officer regarding an issue with his daughter’s phone.  An officer advised the caller.

8:46pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller from Old Bolton Road reported 2 cars at the end of the road near the conservation area.  The Police responded.  No one was located.

Tuesday August 13, 2013
8:03am MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Hudson Road requested an ambulance for a man who had pain in his legs and ankles.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the man to the hospital.

10:54am MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Kingland Road requested an ambulance for a man who had a medical emergency.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the man to the hospital.

2:12pm ANIMAL
A caller reported a sick coyote.  The Animal Control Officer was notified.

5:09pm ARREST
Ryan Fitzgerald, 34, from Marlborough, was arrested for driving with a suspended license.

7:49pm COMPLAINT
A caller on Crescent Street reported that a car sped out of Shaw’s plaza and continued on Crescent Street at a high rate of speed.  The Police responded.  The driver was located and spoken to.

Wednesday August 14, 2013
7:04am FIRE
A caller from Lanes End Road reported that three bags of sawdust were burning on the side of his neighbor’s home.  The Fire Department responded.  The fire was safely extinguished.

9:44am SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller at the town beach reported that there were tire tracks on the soccer field and a couch was left on the property.  The Police responded.  The information was logged.

12:08pm ROAD SAFETY COMPLAINT
A caller on Whitman Street reported that three youths were skate boarding in the road causing motorists to swerve.  The Police responded.  No one was located.

1:29pm ANIMAL
A caller on Harvard Road reported that a chocolate Labrador, with a bright green vest, was running down the road.  The caller was concerned that it might be a service dog trying to get help for its owner.  The Animal Control Officer was notified.

11:58pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
An officer observed a car parked at Ken’s Liquor Store.  The driver was spoken to.  He pulled over to use his phone.  All was OK.
Thursday August 15, 2013
1:33am ARREST
A caller from State Road requested assistance with a problem at her home.  The Police responded.  A house party was broken up and Kaitlyn Drummey, 19, from Harvard, was arrested for possession of alcohol under the age of 21.

8:21am COMPLAINT
A caller from October Lane reported that a neighbor kept cutting down trees that were on her property.  An officer advised the caller that the situation was a civil matter and she was given a reference number.

8:26am MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Lanes End Road requested an ambulance for a woman who threw her back out.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  The ambulance transported the woman to the hospital.

12:01pm ANIMAL
A caller on Boxboro Road reported that two alpacas and two goats were in the road.  The Animal Control Officer was notified.  The owner was contacted and responded.

2:02pm ROAD SAFETY COMPLAINT
A caller from Sudbury Road reported that a telephone pole was leaning into the road and she wanted to be sure it was safe.  The Police responded.

3:12pm COMPLAINT
A caller from West Acton Road reported that a Constable came to her home to deliver some papers.  When she did not answer the door, the man attempted to open it.  The Police responded.

3:39pm COMPLAINT
A caller from Peabody Drive reported that there was glass along the road.  She believed it was from the Waste Management Company.  The Highway Department was notified.

11:17pm COMPLAINT
A caller from Track Road reported hearing gunshots, then saw a car drive out from behind the gate.  The Police responded.  The driver was there to lock the gate for the night.  All was OK.

11:35pm COMPLAINT
A walk-in reported that a blue truck cut him off, yelled at him and then followed him.  An officer advised the caller.
Friday August 16, 2013
2:56am ASSIST OTHER AGENCY
The Boxboro Police requested assistance with locating a resident’s car, which was stolen from his driveway.  The Stow Police responded to assist.

9:17am ASSIST CITIZEN
An officer responded to West Acton Road to speak with a resident about an accident that occurred in front of his home.

9:39am SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A walk-in requested to speak with an officer regarding a possible stalking situation.  An officer advised the individual.

3:46pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller from Sawmill Road reported that a Black Suburban was parked on his lawn.  The Police responded.  The owner was spoken to and the car was removed.

Saturday August 17, 2013
4:46am ROAD SAFETY COMPLAINT
A caller from Great Road reported that a black car was parked in a bad spot.  The Police responded to check the area.  The owner of the car was contacted.

8:44am ANIMAL
A caller from Deerfield Lane reported that a young, sick looking, coyote was in her yard.  The Animal Control Officer was notified.

10:00am SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller on West Acton Road reported that a bike was in the bushes leaning against a telephone pole.  The Police responded.  There was no identifying information on the bike.  It was taken to the station for safekeeping.

1:54pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Red Acre Road requested an ambulance for a man who had a medical emergency.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  The ambulance transported the man to the hospital.

2:02pm ROAD SAFETY COMPLAINT
A caller from Sawmill Road reported that two youths were racing up and down the road on an ATV and small dirt bike.  The Police responded to check the area.

4:16pm COMPLAINT
A caller from Carver Hill Orchards reported that kids were riding dirt bikes on the property.  The Police responded.  The kids and their parents were advised.  All was OK.

8:35pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
Two callers from Sawmill Road reported hearing gunshots in the area.  The Police responded.  Gunshots were heard coming from the Rod and Gun Club, which was open until 9pm.

Sunday August 18, 2013
2:25am ARREST
A caller reported that a family member smashed two cars in the driveway with a golf club and slapped her in the face.  Patrick Olgilvie, 23, from Stow, was arrested for assault and battery on a minor.

4:39am MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Carriage Lane requested an ambulance for a man who was vomiting blood and then passed out.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  The ambulance transported the man to the hospital.

1:20pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller from Gleasondale Road reported that when he returned home he saw a man walking off his property.  The Police responded.  The man was located and advised.
