Monday September 30, 2013
3:11pm COMPLAINT
A caller on Gleasondale Road reported an erratic driver.  The Police responded to check the area.

4:30pm ANIMAL
A caller on South Acton Road reported that a brown dog with a broken leash was running in and out of traffic.  The Police responded to check the area. The animal could not be located.

6:58pm ASSIST CITIZEN
A caller at Honey Pot Hill reported that he could not locate his grandfather, who had been apple picking with the family.  It had been about 2 hours since he had contact with him.  The Police responded.  The Orchard was searched. A missing person alert was sent out to the area.  The Air Wing search and rescue helicopter was requested.  Reverse 911 messages were sent out.  Multiple callers responded to the recording and provided tips on where the man was last seen.  The man was located on Main Street in Hudson.  An ambulance transported him back the orchard.

Tuesday October 1, 2013
7:57pm FOUND
A walk-in reported that a set of keys was located on the board at the Delaney Project.  An officer attempted to contact the owner via the information on a Shaw’s reward card.

4:01pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
An officer on Treaty Elm Lane reported that an individual walking on the side of the road appeared to be injured.  The Fire/Rescue responded.  The ambulance transported the man to the hospital.

6:49pm ACCIDENT
A caller at the Randall Library reported that a woman in a car hit his car.  She then left the scene.  The Police responded.  The damage on the car was preexisting and it was determined that an accident had not occurred.

5:01pm ANIMAL
A caller on Harvard Road reported that she found bear droppings in her yard.  The information was logged.

5:02pm ANIMAL
A caller on Great Road reported that there was a turtle in the road.  The Police responded.  The turtle was gone upon arrival.

7:51pm COMPLAINT
A caller from Boxboro Road reported that an individual came to his house to solicit for Verizon.  It was after the allowed time.  The Police responded. The man was located.  He was reminded of the rules and asked to stop for the night.

Thursday October 3, 2013
12:10am SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
An officer observed a man with a ladder in the bank.  It was a maintenance worker.  All was OK.

5:06am ACCIDENT
A caller on Great Road reported that a car hit a telephone pole.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported an individual to the hospital.

1:15pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from the Fire Academy reported that an individual passed out.  An ambulance transported him to the hospital.

1:44pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Crescent Street requested an ambulance for a man who fell and injured himself.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded and transported the man to the hospital.

Friday October 4, 2013
11:37am FOLLOW-UP INVESTIGATION
A caller earlier in the week reported that bear droppings were located in her yard.  The Mass Department of Fish and Game took a sample to test if it actually belonged to a bear.  The results are still pending.

12:08pm ASSIST CITIZEN
A walk-in requested to speak with an officer regarding parking concerns for an upcoming event.  An officer advised the individual.

12:24pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller at the town hall reported that a truck pulled up and dropped off an emergency trailer.  The Police responded.  Work was being done on Crescent Street so the trailer was left there to be out of the way.  All was OK.

7:07am ROAD SAFETY COMPLAINT
A caller from White Pond Road reported that a speeding car went through the Wildlife Refuge lot.   The Police responded.

9:07am ROAD SAFETY COMPLAINT
A caller from Bradley Lane reported that a car was speeding.  The Police responded to check the area.

9:18am MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Gleasondale Road requested an ambulance for a man who cut his hand with a chisel.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded and transported the man to the hospital.

9:20am VANDALISM
A caller from Minute Man Airfield reported that a helicopter on the property was vandalized.  The Police responded.  A report was filed.

11:50am LARCENY
A walk-in requested to speak with an officer regarding her missing jewelry.  An officer advised the woman.

1:58pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller at Honey Pot Orchard Store requested an ambulance for a customer who had a seizure.  The Police a Fire/Rescue responded and transported the man to the hospital.

2:42pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Sudbury Road requested an ambulance for a man who had difficulty breathing.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the man to the hospital.

3:22pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller from Lowell Drive reported that an unknown truck was parked at the end of his driveway.  When he approached the driver, the man asked him if he wanted his driveway sealed.  The caller thought it might be a scam.  The Police responded.  The truck was gone upon arrival.

5:00pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller on Whitman Street reported that a motorcycle was driving very slowly on Apple Blossom Way and Apple Blossom Lane looking at the houses.  The Police responded to check the area.

5:10pm ASSIST CITIZEN
A walk-in requested to speak with an officer regarding a scam phone call. An officer advised the individual.

5:15pm COMPLAINT
A walk-in complained about traffic on Sudbury Road.  There is a ‘residents only’ sign that does not deter people. An officer advised the individual.

5:41pm ARREST
An officer spoke with a building inspector regarding some issues.  Adam Miller, 25, from Revere and George Bimbo, 25, from Billerica, were arrested for soliciting without a permit.

7:48pm ARREST
Jolyn Bennett, 49, from Waltham, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

11:35pm ARREST
A caller reported an erratic driver.  The Polcie responded.  Pamela Moffat, 21, from Ludlow, was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs.

Sunday October 6, 2013
9:23am SUSPICIOUS
A caller from Kingland Road reported that according to her neighbors, her ex-boyfriend was trying to break into her home.  The Police responded.  The man was located.  He was retrieving a bike that belonged to him.

11:30am COMPLAINT
A caller reported that he had an issue with a Papa Gino’s delivery person. The caller contacted the employee’s manager. An officer advised the man.

2:17pm ASSIST CITIZEN
A caller reported that her daughter’s father and uncle took her daughter from the car.  The caller could not locate the girl.  The Police responded.  Contact was made with the daughter.  She was fine.  An officer advised the caller.

10:32pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller from Wheeler Road reported that she received a phone call from her bank asking for her social security number and her bank account information.  She believed it was a scam.  An officer advised the caller.  The information was logged.
