Monday March 16, 2015
11:04am ANIMAL
A caller from Maple Street reported that her dog got away.  The Animal Control Officer responded.  The dog was located in the backyard.  All was OK.

6:58pm ASSIST CITIZEN
A caller from Taylor Road reported that an awful odor has persisted since last week.  The Fire Department responded.  The odor was caused from natural sources.

6:29am MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Meeting House Lane requested an ambulance for a woman who had difficulty breathing.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  The ambulance transported the woman to the hospital.

9:56am ASSIST CITIZEN
A walk-in requested to speak with an officer regarding possible credit card fraud.  An officer advised the individual.

3:28pm ASSIST CITIZEN
A caller on Apple Blossom Lane reported that the street sign was knocked over.  The Highway Department was notified.

12:53pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Johnston Way requested an ambulance for a woman who had an allergic reaction to a medication.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded and transported the woman to the hospital.

6:08pm ASSIST CITIZEN
A caller from Pompositticut Street reported that a plow contractor came to her home and told her she owed money.  The caller wanted to dispute it but was intimidated by the man.  The information was logged.

9:24am LARCENY
A walk-in reported that her wallet was stolen at Shaw’s.  An officer advised the woman.

4:34pm ASSIST CITIZEN
A caller on Harvard Road reported that there was a barrel in the water at the bridge.  The Highway Department was notified.

5:36pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Boon Road requested an ambulance for a man who fell and had a laceration on his face.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the man to the hospital.

Friday March 20, 2015
8:40am COMPLAINT
A walk-in reported that the Maynard Fire Department called him and tried to convince him to make a larger donation.  An officer confirmed that the Fire Department was conducting a fund raiser at this time.  The complaint was forwarded to the department’s liaison.

7:28pm ANIMAL
A caller from Tuttle Lane reported that he found a black cat with a collar.  The individual brought the cat home.  The Animal Control Officer was notified.

7:43pm ARREST
Derek Richard, 22, from Acton, was arrested for reckless driving, driving without an inspection sticker and for driving under the influence of drugs.

8:59pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Taylor Road requested an ambulance because she believed she had food poisoning.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the woman to the hospital.

10:01pm ASSIST CITIZEN
A caller reported that her purse was missing.  She believed she left it at Red Ginger or someone stole it from there.  The Police responded.  No one at the restaurant had seen the purse.

Saturday March 21, 2015
9:14am ANIMAL
A caller on Great Road reported that she heard a car hit a dog.  She went out to the dog and told the driver that she needed to report the accident.  The driver drove off.  The Police responded.  The dog’s owner was contacted and brought the animal to the vet.  The immediate and surrounding areas were checked.  No one was located.

10:49am ASSIST CITIZEN
A caller from Carriage Lane reported that a game trailer would be at her home for a party.  It blocked some of the road.  An officer advised the woman that as long as there was enough room for an emergency vehicle then it was OK.

1:57pm BREAKING AND ENTERING
A caller from Hiley Brook Road reported that pry bar marks appeared to be on the front door.  The Police responded.

2:55pm ASSIST CITIZEN
A caller on Gleasondale Road reported that a female was huddled up on the side of the road.  The Police responded to check the area.  No one was located.

7:55pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Meeting House Lane requested an ambulance for a man who injured his knee.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the man to the hospital.

8:48pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Johnston Way requested assistance for his neighbor.  He saw a large chunk of ice fall onto his neighbor’s deck.  No one appeared to be home.  An ambulance was called off but the Fire Department responded for a slight gas leak. NStar was contacted.  The leak was taken care of.
