Neighborhood Questions Town’s Intent

Stow Man Arrested on Child Porn Charges
Stow Police arrested Stacey Theall, 49, last Thursday, on felony charges of possession and distribution of child pornography. Police Detective Mike Sallese said the Massachusetts State Police contacted Stow law enforcement, indicating that monitored internet traffic revealed that a computer based in Stow was downloading graphic child pornography and posting it on shared viewing sites.
