Doug, James, Janet and Anna Moffat stopped by Moffat, Scotland during a vacation in Northern Europe. We are proud to have heritage in a town described (by their version of the Stow Independent) in 1837 as: “There is hardly any smuggling or poaching, and low and gross acts of immorality are seldom heard of in Moffat.”
