Upcoming Events at the Randall Library in June
(For more, go to http://www.randalllibrarystow.org)
Thursday, June 23, 7pm, “The Randall Library Cookbook Club” – You’ve heard (and have maybe participated in) library book clubs – well, the Randall Library is starting a new “cookbook club”! We will be choosing a new cookbook each month to “read”, and members will make one of the recipes into an item to share at a library potluck with the other club members. Discussion of the recipes and the cookbook will follow the meal. This is a great opportunity to expand your culinary creativity and meet other local cooking enthusiasts. This month, in preparation for summer fun ahead we will focus on a picnic theme with “Summer on a Plate” by Anna Pump, copies of which are available for checkout at the Randall Library circulation desk. The library will provide, drinks, plates and silverware. Sign-up is required, and the sign-up sheet is at circulation desk (limit to 12 members). Happy cooking, and we hope to see you at the club!
