Monday January 14, 2013
2:00pm ANIMAL
A caller from Barton Road reported that he found a dog without tags.  The Animal Control Officer was notified.

2:04pm WELL BEING CHECK
A well-being check was requested for a woman on West Acton Road.  The Police responded to check on the woman.  Upon arrival, the woman was upset but OK.

4:51pm FIRE
A caller on Warren Road reported a fire outside of one of the buildings.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  The Maynard and Acton Fire Departments were requested to assist with the investigation.  A fire was safely extinguished.  All was OK.

7:26pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
The Stow Fire/Rescue Department responded to Main Street in Maynard for a medical emergency.  The ambulance transported a patient to the hospital.

 

Tuesday January 15, 2013
7:52am MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Boxboro Road requested an ambulance for a woman who felt faint.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the woman to the hospital.

11:04am COMPLAINT
A walk-in requested to speak with an officer regarding a parking issue.  An officer advised the individual.

11:18am COMPLAINT
Stow Brook Gulf reported that an individual, who owed money for gas, had not returned since yesterday to pay for it.  The Police contacted the individual.

1:43pm COMPLAINT
A caller from Dawes Road reported that his mailbox was damaged and a magazine was taken.  An officer advised the caller.  The information was logged.

9:08pm FIRE
A caller on Circuit Drive reported smoke in the area.  The Fire Department responded.  A campfire was located and extinguished on Pine Ridge Road.  All was OK.

 
Wednesday January 16, 2013
7:54am MEDICAL EMERGENCY
The Maynard Fire Department responded to Wildwood Road to assist with a medical emergency.  An ambulance transported a patient to the hospital.

9:09am MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Meeting House Lane requested an ambulance for a woman who fell while walking her dog.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the woman to the hospital.

3:01pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Crescent Street requested an ambulance for a man with a cut on his arm.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  The cut was minor and was bandaged at the scene.

5:02pm ASSIST CITIZEN
A caller requested to speak with an officer regarding an issue with an “ex”.  An officer advised the caller.

7:24pm ASSIST CITIZEN
A caller from Whitney Road reported that a truck was in her neighbor’s driveway.  The neighbors were away.  The Police responded.  The home was checked.  All was secure.

10:40pm ANIMAL
A caller from Crescent Street reported that she found a dog on her property.  The Animal Control Officer was notified.

 

Thursday January 17, 2013
8:15am    FIRE
A caller from Randall Road reported a chimney fire.  The Fire Department responded.  A small chimney fire was safely extinguished.  All was OK.

8:31am ROAD SAFETY COMPLAINT
A caller on Gleasondale Road reported hearing a loud cracking sound.  A tree was observed hanging over the road.  The Police responded to check the area.

8:42am ASSIST CITIZEN
A caller reported that while he was dog/house sitting for his employer, the shower steam set off the smoke detectors.  They eventually stopped sounding but the caller wanted the information logged.

10:25pm ASSIST CITIZEN
A caller from October Lane reported hearing a loud crash outside her home. The Police responded to check the area.  Nothing was found.

 

Friday January 18, 2013
5:00pm ASSIST CITIZEN
A walk-in reported that there were footprints in the snow on her property and continuing to her neighbor’s.  She was concerned.  An officer advised the woman.

8:10pm ASSIST CITIZEN
A walk-in requested to speak with an officer regarding an ongoing issue.  An officer advised the individual.

8:48pm BURGLARY
A caller from Sudbury Road reported that someone broke into her home.  The Police responded.  A report was filed.

 

Saturday January 19, 2013
11:32am ASSIST CITIZEN
A caller reported an altercation with his “ex” regarding their daughter.  The Police responded.  Both individuals were advised.

12:02pm FIRE
A caller on Lowell Drive reported a fire in the woods.  The Fire Department responded.  A permitted fire was located on Kirkland Drive.  All was OK.

2:27pm LARCENY
A caller from Sudbury Road reported an unauthorized purchase on her credit card.  The caller was advised and the information was logged.

8:41pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller reported hearing a loud alarm near the Post Office.  The Police responded.  A mail truck’s horn was blaring.  An employee was contacted to respond.  The car battery had to be disconnected to stop the horn.

 

Sunday January 20, 2013
11:52am ASSIST CITIZEN
A walk-in reported that a mother and her children were ice-skating on Lake Boon.  The individual was concerned for their safety.  The Police responded to check the area.  The skaters were located and advised.

6:27pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller from Old Bolton Road reported that when she arrived home she found her first floor window open and the screen off.  The Police responded to check the home.  After thoroughly checking the area, it was determined that the wind “took” the screen off.

7:19pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Packard Road requested an ambulance for a man who passed out.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the man to the hospital.

8:12pm FIRE
A caller from Cricket Circle reported hearing an explosion in his basement.  There was light smoke but no fire.  The oil burner was shut off.  The Fire Department responded to check the home.

11:54pm ARREST
Christopher Pinsonault, 23, from Maynard, was arrested for a number plate violation and driving without a license in his possession.
