A caller on Warren Road reported that someone was making threats with a knife. The Police and Fire Department responded. Entry to the home was gained and an individual was arrested.

A caller at the Stow Community Park reported that there was an injured fox near the playground. The Animal Control Officer was notified.

A caller from Birch Hill Road requested assistance with lifting a man who fell. The Police and Fire Department responded. An ambulance transported the patient to the hospital.

A caller from Boxboro Road reported an out of control brush fire. The Police and Fire Department responded. The fire was contained and extinguished.

A caller from Meeting House Lane requested an ambulance for a woman who had chest pain. The Polcie and Fire/Rescue responded. An ambulance transported the woman to the hospital.

A caller from Peabody Drive reported that she received two phone calls from a company who claimed to be able to reduce her credit card rates. When the caller requested that they stop calling her, the man became verbally abusive and threatened a sexual assault. The Police responded. A report was filed.

The Sudbury Fire Tower reported smoke in the area of Boon Road. The Fire Department responded. The area was checked. The smoke was from a permitted agricultural burn. All was OK.

A caller from Great Road reported a fox in her yard. The Animal Control Officer was notified.

A caller from Russell’s Convenient Store reported that a customer left his credit card. The Police retrieved the card and the owner was contacted.

A caller on Lowell Drive reported that she found a hypodermic needle on the road. She wanted to know how to dispose of it. An officer advised the caller.

The State Police reported that a cell phone caller at Ken’s Liquor store reported two men arguing in the parking lot. A Peter Pan bus almost ran the car off the road. The Police responded. Both parties were advised. All was OK.

A caller from Gleasondale Road reported that a dog nearby had been barking for hours. The Animal Control Officer was notified.
11:18pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller from Stow Away Bed and Breakfast requested that an officer check on a car in the driveway. The driver had been sitting in the car for several minutes. The Police responded. The driver was a regular guest at the B&B but the manager was not expecting him. All was OK.
