Monday September 9, 2013
10:36am MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Meeting House Lane requested an ambulance for an individual who fell and was hurt.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  The ambulance transported the patient to the hospital.

11:02am SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller from Hudson Road reported a suspicious car parked on the side of the road.  The Police responded.  The owner of the car was located.  She was visiting a friend.

1:43pm LOST
A walk-in reported that he lost his wallet in Maryland.  The information was logged.

9:17pm COMPLAINT
A caller from Kingland Road reported hearing two loud bangs.  The Police responded to check the area.  Nothing was found.

9:20pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller on Harvard Road reported hearing voices and laughter coming from Wedgewood Pines Country Club but there were no lights on.  The Police responded.  A function at the facility was coming to an end.

8:30am ROAD SAFETY COMPLAINT
A walk-in reported that a “school zone” sign was not flashing.  The information was passed along to the Nashoba Regional School District.

8:40am SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller from Plantation Apartments reported that someone followed her from the Hudson line into her driveway.  An officer advised the caller.

5:21pm ANIMAL
A caller at the Stow Plaza parking lot reported that a dog was inside a car with the windows rolled up.  The Police responded.  The owner was at the car as the police arrived.  The dog was OK.

7:19am ANIMAL
A caller on Great Road reported finding a black Labrador.  The Animal Control Officer was notified.

7:45am COMPLAINT
A caller at the Stow Café reported that she was having trouble with a customer.  An officer advised the woman and the management.

9:54am MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from Johnston Way requested an ambulance for a woman who possibly took too much of a prescribed medication.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  The ambulance transported the woman to the hospital.

3:24pm ASSIST CITIZEN
A walk-in requested to speak with an officer regarding a company calling her multiple times in one day.  An officer advised the woman.

10:50pm ASSIST CITIZEN
A caller from Hudson Road reported that several trucks drove by her home.  She was concerned that they were working in the area.  The Police responded.  Nothing was found.
Thursday September 12, 2013
4:56am DISTURBANCE
A caller from Great Road reported that 4-5 intoxicated individuals refused to leave his home.  The Police responded.  Upon arrival, no one was around.  The homeowner was advised.

9:07am FOUND
A walk-in reported that a bicycle was padlocked to a tree on the green trail at the Captain Sergeant Conservation area.  The Police responded.  The bike was located and secured.  Nothing out of the ordinary was found.

9:16am SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller from Orchard Drive reported that a man in a green car was driving around the neighborhood.  The police responded.  The man was located.  He was working on a resident’s basement.  All was OK.

12:02pm ASSIST CITIZEN
A walk-in requested to speak with an officer regarding a possible identification theft.  An officer advised the woman.

4:10pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller from Gleasondale Road reported that she received a call from a man who claimed he was from “Windows” and he needed to access her computer to repair it.  The caller did not give out any information.

5:21pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller from North Shore Drive requested an ambulance for a man who was ill.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the man to the hospital.

8:05pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
While on patrol at the town beach, an officer located a vacant car with no one around.  The owner came back to pick up the car a short time later.  The owner was advised of the town beach hours.
Friday September 13, 2013
10:10am ANIMAL
A caller from Great Road reported that a large group of chickens walked through her yard and headed toward The Center School.  The Animal Control Officer was notified.

3:43pm ACCIDENT
Multiple callers reported a car accident on Great Road, near the Maynard town line.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  A tow truck was contacted and responded.  There were no medical injuries to report.

8:03pm COMPLAINT
A caller from Great Road reported hearing a gunshot.  The Police responded to check the area. Nothing was seen or heard.
Saturday September 14, 2013
2:02am ASSIST CITIZEN
Two walk-ins reported that their car was out of gas at Stow Brook Gulf.  They did not have a way to get gas and they had no one to call.  An officer transported the individuals back to the car.  They received enough gas to get home.  All was OK.

5:56pm COMPLAINT
A caller on Lady Slipper Lane reported that there were storage containers on the road.  The Police responded.  The containers were removed.

6:50pm ANIMAL
A caller from Cortland Drive reported that there was an injured goose in the neighborhood.  The Animal Control Officer was notified.

9:56pm ROAD SAFETY COMPLAINT
A caller on Gleasondale Road reported that when a truck went around the corner, some water bottles fell onto the road.  The truck driver attempted to pick up the bottles.  The Police responded.

11:12am MISSING PERSON
A caller from Shelburne Farms reported that a 3-4 year old child had lost his parents.  The child was safe with the farm owner.  The Police responded. Upon arrival, the parents were located and the child was reunited.

11:23am ANIMAL
A caller from Thicket Circle reported that a black cat was in her yard.  She was concerned it was lost.  The Animal Control Officer was notified.

5:52pm MEDICAL EMERGENCY
A caller on Warren Road requested an ambulance for a man who had chest pain.  The Police and Fire/Rescue responded.  An ambulance transported the man to the hospital.

6:38pm SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY/ARREST
A caller on West Acton Road reported that a male was riding his bike in the road.  He was acting strange and made an indecent gesture to the caller.  The Police responded.  Noah Thissell, 23, from Acton, was arrested for carrying a dangerous weapon.

7:20pm ROAD SAFETY COMPLAINT
A caller on Great Road reported that an erratic driver turned into Stow House of Pizza at a very high rate of speed.  The Police responded.  The driver was located and advised.
